BATHROOM ORGANIZING TIPS FOR A TEENAGER
This teen dream bathroom makeover was so much fun to create! While this specific makeover was for a teenage girl, these organizing tips can work in any bathroom. I think one of the most important aspects of organizing a teen bathroom is to pay attention to habits and create systems that are realistic/easy to maintain. I shared another post on how to declutter and organize your bathroom in four steps which is a good place to start before implementing new systems.
Maximize the space under your sink.
It is so important to utilize all of the space under your sink. I recommend products that extend the height/depth of the cabinet and can be pulled out for easy access. We used this 2 Tier Drawer and these Clear Storage Bins. Lazy Suzan’s are another great tool to organize under the sink.

No closet? Add a rolling utility cart.
I love a good utility cart and so far this is my favorite way I’ve used one in a project….it’s like having your very own hair salon in your bathroom! There is no closet in this bathroom, so we added vertical storage with a 3-Tier Metal Utility Cart. Inside the cart, we added a Lazy Susan Turntable for hair products, and a Divided Caddy Tote for hair brushes. It is great to have a designated space for all of the hair products to keep the counter clean.

Add counter top storage with acrylic organizers.
Items that tend to accumulate on the vanity can be stored in an attractive and organized way with acrylic storage. These Cosmetic Storage Organizer and Stackable Hair Accessory Containers make a pretty display for all the products used on a daily basis.

What do you think of these bathroom organizing tips for a teenager? Would you use any in your own bathroom? Please let me know in the comments!
